"Ayame Kirishima, Ayame Kirishima, please send them to the hospital."
Hoping to boost her subscriber numbers, streamer Nemu Takahashi convinces her high school classmates Haruka Nanami and Maria Hitsugi to test the urban legend “Ayame’s Mercy” live at an abandoned hospital. It does not go as planned. The three friends unwittingly trigger a curse placed on the hospital decades ago and are transported to another, darker realm, home to the vengeful spirit of Ayame Kirishima and countless other horrors. While their classmates back home search for them, Haruka, Maria, and Nemu’s only hope for survival is to evade the malicious spirits haunting Amare Est Vivere Hospital and dispel Ayame’s curse once and for all.
